Strategic Accessibility Consultant
Designing dignity into every blueprint.
Rhea Robinson
I design for the liminal, the rare cases, the combinations no one planned for, because the universe itself defied impossible odds to exist.
What we call rare is just life refusing to be simplified.
Accidental architect of systems, stories, and structural power.
What does that mean? I build what never existed for me:
- Stories that hold.
- Products that serve.
- Spaces that dignify.I don’t just audit accessibility, I live it.I’ve walked—rolled—the routes most forget exist.
I've mapped the awkward silences and small frictions—the moments when systems fail quietly, when access becomes an apology, when dignity gets lost in translation between policy and practice. What I create doesn’t centre charity.
It centres sovereignty of self. For those taught to survive without softness, without structure, without being truly seen, I build to offer alternatives as complex as the humans that need them.
Why?Accessibility isn’t a feature.
Voice reclamation isn’t a bonus.
Dignity isn't a reward.It’s the blueprint.
It’s the mission.
It’s the whole damn point.

About
Strategist of stories and systems and architect of dignity, accessibility, and narrative myth.I build cohesive brand ecosystems—born out of necessity, refined through lived experience, and designed to endure. And I craft tone systems, narrative frameworks, and sovereign brand architectures for those who need to speak with presence, power, and precision. The Aether Praxis CIC is my first business ecosystem that revolves around accessibility. Through Aether Access, I design dignified accessibility systems for complex lives, tools forged to survive burnout, illness, and constraint without surrendering elegance or autonomy.
Public Speaking
I don't do polished scripts. I build system shifts. I rework myth.If you're looking for traditional keynotes with soft inspiration and corporate buzzwords, I'm not your speaker. But if you want someone who's lived through the fire, quite literally—I have Erythromelalgia—and now builds frameworks from the ashes, someone who can speak truth about trauma, creativity, neurodivergence, disability, dignity, and change—then we should talk.
Common themes include:
Change – real, lived, and liminal.
Voice reclamation.
Disability & dignity.
Neurodivergence & rhythm.
Narrative reworking.
Creative systems & identity architecture.
Sex, stigma & sovereignty.
Talks, Training & Teaching
Talks
Change the Myth
On trauma, transformation, and the stories we tell ourselves to survive—and the ones we must choose to rewrite in order to rise.Building Without Blueprints
How do you build when the world wasn't made for you? Diving into creative systems forged in chaos—how disabled, neurodivergent, or burned-out minds can design workflows, businesses, and creative legacies without waiting for clarity or perfection.Your Voice Was Never Lost
This is not about finding your voice. It’s about taking it back. A talk for survivors, artists, speakers, and those who've been silenced—exploring the myths that stole your voice, the friction of reclaiming it, and the power of speaking without permission.Speaking topics include (but are not limited to): accessibility, trauma and trauma-informed practice, disability, creative systems, and organisational change. The best talks emerge when there’s a clear reason behind the invitation. Sessions are always tailored to your organisation’s context, goals, and desired outcomes.
Training & Teaching
Most training doesn't need updating. It needs rebuilding from the ground up to be more than a tick-box exercise that people forget before they've left the building.Every session is part teaching, part story, part live problem-solving. Interactive, practical, and built to address real situations people face. Designed to shift how people think and act, not just what they know.Workshops, talks, training, and team sessions are available on request for any industry or team size.
I build with care and intersectionality—not perfection.
If I get something wrong, tell me. I’ll listen, learn, and build better.
