Driving Dignity Forward
My work rests on three tenets: accessibility, dignity, and voice reclamation.Everything I write, design, and build is dignity-driven, because without dignity, accessibility collapses into paper-thin compliance that quickly collapses under real-world strain.I founded The Aether Praxis CIC to make accessibility practical, human, and lived. Through Aether Access, I audit spaces and systems to show where access is more than compliance; it’s about agency. I’m also pursuing an NRAC auditor accreditation to deepen this work, incorporating industry standards while keeping dignity at the core.My goal is to drive accessibility forward—access that isn’t beige, isn’t theoretical, but rather practical, human, and, ultimately, dignified.
Accessibility isn’t a feature.
Voice reclamation isn’t a bonus.
Dignity isn't a reward. It’s the whole damn point.
I speak on dignity, accessibility, neurodivergence, and structural change. My talks are direct, grounded, and designed to spark system shifts.I’ve spoken on topics ranging from sovereignty and accessibility to sex and stigma, and can tailor talks for a variety of audiences. If you want a speaker who can bring hard truths with heart, translate lived experience into practical tools, and spark conversations that last beyond the event, you can book me for keynotes, panels, training and workshops.

Accessibility beyond compliance.

Sample Talks
Here are a few recent talk themes. Every session is tailored to your context, goals, and audience.
Rewriting Survival
We all build stories to survive, but survival isn’t the same as living. This talk challenges audiences to identify the myths that hold them back and shows how to rewrite them into frameworks for growth, resilience, and lasting transformation.Building Without Blueprints
When the blueprint doesn’t exist for you, you build your own. Disabled, neurodivergent, and traumatised minds have mastered designing systems that don’t wait for perfection. This talk demonstrates how to transform constraints into creativity and chaos into lasting structure.Reclaiming Your Voice
Society, culture, and trauma all teach us to make ourselves smaller, to quiet down, to shrink. But perpetual silence is never the answer.A talk for those who’ve been told to stay quiet or had their voice taken by trauma, stigma, or circumstance. It offers practical tools and lived truths on speaking with authority, reclaiming dignity, and rebuilding the confidence to be heard.(Other topics include accessibility, trauma-informed practice, disability, creative systems, and organisational shifts.)
Most training doesn’t need updating. It needs rebuilding.Too often, it’s a tick-box exercise that people forget before they’ve left the room.My sessions are interactive and practical, combining teaching, storytelling, and problem-solving. They’re designed to shift how people think and act, not just what they know.I offer workshops, talks, and team sessions tailored to your organisation and industry. Each one is built to address real situations your people face, and to create lasting change.
I talk, audit, and teach masked as this models safety for disabled and immunocompromised communities.
